Nathalie Massenet Leaves The Net-A-Porter Ship after Merging with Yoox

Nathalie Massenet, former editor of the Tatler magazine and WWD proved to the world all a visionary to create in 2000 NET-a-Porter. The server of e-shopping did not hesitate to become leader of luxury products for sale online, thanks to its magnificent editorship.

Property of the Richemont group 93% from the year 2010, Net-a-Porter has just revealed that last March reached an agreement to merge with its competition. We are referring to Yoox. According to the agreement, the final merger was concluded at the end of the month of September.

Last Thursday, Natalie Massenet, founder of Net-a-Porter, resigned, announcing that he wanted to leave the management of the company by leaving it in the hands of Federico Marchetti (founder of Bloomberg).

Apparently, Massenet has sold his share of the company by EUR 130 million. This so enterprising business woman has stated that his desire to business remains as strong today as fifteen years ago, and that her passion for innovation will continue to be the engine of your life.
