Calendar Week of London Shows? Spring-Summer 2008

It left for a month of sequins, discovery, amazement, broken stilettos, of jealously guarded and critical viewings invitations cards: today opens the season ready to wear Spring-Summer 2008 New York will open the dance, followed closely by his London counterpart. This is why it is time to get acquainted with what will happen in a few days on the British scene. And for that, nothing like a little use of clear and precise time of the London fashion activities…

September 15
We begin with Paul Costelloe, followed by Gavin Douglas, Caroline Charles, Ben De Lisi, Bora Asku, Ashley Isham, Unconditional and Issa.

September 16
The second show day will be marked by big names:
It will start with PPQ, followed by Armand Basi, Danielle Scutt, Louise Goldin, Amanda Wakeley, Peter Jensen, Gareth Pugh, Todd Lynn, Eley Kishimoto and Julien Macdonald.

September 17
Day highly anticipated because it will host the parade of Christopher Kane , expected by fashion editors horde of madness.
It’s Marios Schwab who will begin the session, followed by Luella, Jasper Conran, Margaret Howell, Christopher Kane, John Rocha Baso and Brooke, Jonathan Saunders and Ann-Sofie Back.

September 18
Midweek, with solid values and outsiders:
The first cycle will Duro Olowu, followed by Paul Smith Women, Nicole Farhi, Jens Laugesen, Sinha-Satnic, Erdem and Clare Tough.

September 19
Penultimate tasty day unveil the new collection of whimsical Giles.
But before that will Betty Jackson followed Roksanda Ilincic, Matthew Williamson, Ashish, Aquascutum, Rodnik, Richard Nicoll, Fashion East, Nathan Jenden that will make the show.

September 20th
Closing of this fashion week will confirm or not the hopes placed in some young designers.
It’s Osman Yousefzada which opens the last day, followed by Asprey, Antoni & Alison, Fashion Fringe, Modernist, Man, Biba, Allegra Hicks and to finish off Adidas by Stella McCartney.
